Rumolda parks 2021
The space explores efforts to find solutions to everyday problems using techniques that exist in the engineering and design industry. Inspired by the aesthetics available in the household and manufacturing industry, these solutions allow us to look in an abstract way at the manifestations of cultural features, time-specific consciousness, common understanding of the functioning of mechanisms.
Industrial design appears in countless different forms in everyday life, the common features of these forms are the following of form and function, as well as the aesthetic and cultural characteristics of the target audience. This is the logic by which forms are mostly created in the embodiment and materiality required for the function in question.
A large number of industrial household objects, despite being designed for practical needs, contain an aesthetic addition that seems self-evident and commonplace from the consumer's point of view, most such objects are not decoratively embellished, rather, lines intended to break straight, are smoothly concave.
These influences also refer household items, all the shapes and streamlines produced seem to be heading somewhere or coming back.
